Please print and fill out your copy of our MEDICAL RELEASE FORM to complete your registration.
You will not be permitted to enter the campground without your medical release slip.
Each Camp SPONSOR and HELPER is required to have all RECOMMENDATION FORMS on their person
upon entering the grounds, unless received by Psalms Camp office prior to camp date.

By registering, each camp attendee is agreeing to
the RULES AND REGULATIONS pertaining to PSALMS CAMP.

Psalms Camp reserves the right to decline any event that is not in agreement with the Camp’s Statement of Belief.

Psalms Camp reserves the right to reject any registration form and/or send any camper or sponsor home whose lifestyle or influence is considered harmful to the integrity of the Camp or to its attendees.
